This beautiful privately owned home is ideal for family get-togethers or a reunion of friends. It has breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean sitting on a lot and a half at the point of a wide esplanade that is perfect for yard games and picnicking! This house is fully furnished so all you have to do is bring your food, clothes and suntan lotion. You will love the spacious living/dining area with its vaulted ceilings, 65 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and incredible view. Surrounding the main living area are numerous sliding glass doors that lead to one of three main decks (there's a 4th on the third floor!) which provide a nice calming Gulf breeze that can be felt throughout the entire house. The living and dining area are adjoined by a huge kitchen with endless granite counter space where you can watch the waves crashing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal. dishwasher, ice maker and all the utensils and dishes you will need.

This house has four bedrooms...all with attached bathrooms...one on the ground floor...two on the second floor...and the Master on the third floor. The ground level features a laundry room...game room with a another flat panel TV and DVD player, and a daybed that pulls out for additional sleeping.

After a fun day at the beach enjoy the outside shower to wash the sand off and then enjoy some time on either level of this beautiful home while watching a movie and cooking your favorite food on the outside gas grill.
