Beautiful mountain views , peaceful vacation home . My home is located in Awhatukee - 10 minutes from the airport . The home can sleep 8 , It is set up for entertainment & relaxation, it has a beautiful Pebble Tec Heated pool .
 
I have other 2-3 Bdr vacation condos available in the same area .I can send you photos of this home in a seperate email .
 
The home is centrally located, virtually everything is at your your tips. All you have to bring is your luggage. There are restaurants everywhere award winning fine dining too casual bakeries, great nightlife , 5 golf courses within five minutes, 3 major malls within 7 miles one of them a fantastic outlet, two casinos, movies , hiking, biking, walking paths . Or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sun and pool.
 
The home has tvs everywhere , the spacious 4 Bdr , 3 bath home is over 2200 sq ft. it has a California king sleigh bed in the master , a queen in the second room , two twins in the 3 rd room . two twins in the 4th room . The downstairs has two pull out sofa sleepers .

Excellent huge house and great host


This is a great rental house. Lot\'s of space to spread out multiply families, etc. My family with two small children loved the house and we could have hosted a huge party for prob 10 family members. Denise was a fantastic host. We had a issue with the bathtub drain not able to keep water in it for small kids bath and Denise had a handy man at the house within an hour on a holiday weekend...completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. She will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. If you are looking for a house to rent this is it. We will be back ASAP!!

Working with Denise


My husband and I had a place booked thru VRBO and the owner decided to sell. I went on VRBO and found one of Denise\'s properties. Although hers were too big for us, she offered to help find us a place and followed thru the next day with a lovely home that was someone she knew. She did not need to do this as we were not her paying clients and it was a private deal. She goes beyond what one might expect, follows thru, and helped in so many ways with suggestions for hair salons and such. Her dedication to our happiness has been incredible. Her commitment to her job is top notch. If you are looking to rent, working with Denise will be the best, and should be the only choice, you make. We feel we did not find a rental agent....we found a friend!!! I can only imagine what she would be like if we were to rent one of her properties. By the way, the house is perfect and so is the location!!!

Great House


This is our second year in a row booking a property through Denise in the Phoenix area over Spring Break. She is great to work with and both properties worked out great for our family with 3 young boys. The location has a lot of good restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. Also, a reasonable car ride to some fun activities for the kids. I would highly recommend renting from Denise and plan to contact her again for next year\'s Spring Break trip.

Fantastic Home for a Vacation or Business


I was in town for work for 2 months and this place was perfect! Great Neighborhood and clean well taken care of home. Great for entertaining and just relaxing! I would definitely rent again. The Owner/Agent made the leasing process as easy as possible also.

Fantastic hidden beauty in Awhatukee


We had an amazing time at your beautiful four bedroom home. We came with our extended family. Denise was amazing, she never missed a beat checking in on us every few days, she met us at the time we checked in to make sure everything is perfect. And it really was the perfect house. The house is exactly as described and the photos don’t really do it justice. The home is located In the mountains a beautiful area of Phoenix. We had never stayed in Awhatukee before. Everything was just as described. She made our family spring break trip a memory !!! thank you again Denise we will be looking for next years trip.

Wonderful experience!


Absolutely happy with my rental! Denise made the check in process so easy and made sure I had everything I needed. Enjoyed my stay and have since recommended to friends and family! Home is beautifully decorated, nice big kitchen and a pool! Great location, beautiful views everywhere and lots of restaurants nearby. I will be back next year!
