Superb Condo in Scottsdale


This was my first time in Phoenix and I can\'t say enough good things about staying at LIV Scottsdale and dealing with Denise. She went out of her way to be accommodating and have everything ready for when we arrived. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well decorated. The complex is in a great location in Scottsdale, close to shopping and restaurants, and close to the 101 which made driving around Phoenix easy. Everything you could possibly want is in the condo complex - pool, hot tub, games room, gym, BBQ\'s that can be used. The condo complex is very modern and clean. I was very happy and surprised and all of this made for a great trip for myself and my kids. Denise was excellent to deal with and would highly recommend her and rent from her again.

Great place to stay in urban Scottsdale


New and very clean accomodations. Two bedroom is nice as it provides a little more space. Amenities in the apartment complex were great, nice exercise facility, library, office, pool area. Location is the best, right across the street from the Shops at Kierland, plenty of restaurants and bars. Loved our stay.

Good decision! Excellent Place for our family!


This is a good location , close to Scottsdale Square, Ipic movie theater and Kierland Commons, not to Mention SNOOZE the breakfast spot from Denver we all love just opened a new location across the st! Cracker Jax Amusement park ( pretty beat up but fun) is the other direction one block, if you want to hit the batting cages or driving range, there is also an arcade for the kids and put put. The Salt Water Central Pool is not large but it is great on a hot day, the roof top is amazing for sunsets and corn hole and my kids were welcomed by the people that live there full time to hang out in the game room and play games and watch movies, the entire neighborhood has a great vibe, everyone is so friendly!

Great location and property in north Scottsdale


We had a 2 bed room in liv condos it was as well maintained and clean close to many restaurants and shops . Will book again if we return to area . The hot tub and pool were very nice along with work out room . Thanks great place !
