One Ocean Place is the perfect destination for your family beach vacation - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, undercover parking, gated entrance, and 24 hr security.  
 
This immaculate 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom spacious (1,600 sq. ft.) condo offers an AMAZING view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a view that allows you to watch the morning sun rise out of the ocean without lifting your head off the pillow!  The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi to recharge your batteries.  Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 twin-size beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom (queen bathroom has tub & shower) and ceiling fans. If you need additional sleeping capacity, the couch in the living room opens into a queen-size sleeper. A baby Pack' N Play can also be provided upon request.
 
Our living and dining areas are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable - perfect for lounging around after a full day in the sun!  The floor to ceiling windows offer a view from inside that can't be beat.  The large (48") flat screen TV in living room is HD equipped.  TV's are also located in each of the bedrooms.  The dining room has a full wet bar for a great entertainment experience. The condo also has a washer & drier for your convenience.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home; including an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, large selection of quality pots and pans, dishware, and spices too!
 
There will be 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you every day on the beach (Memorial Day through Labor Day)!  
If you are looking for a change of pace from the wind, waves, and sand, One Ocean Place offers a large pool deck with pools and hot tubs at each end with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the crystal-clear pools (cleaned daily) and the ocean.
 
This is a family-owned condo and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. Our parents are permanent residents of One Ocean Place and will be available to help ensure that your vacation experience is worry-free. We are confident that every guest will leave our beach home with wonderful memories, great pictures, and a desire to stay with us again next year!.

Awesome hospitality at 607 One Ocean Place


We were greeted by Bob’s folks, Paul and Laurie, and got our vacation stay off on the right foot! The way a vacation should be, worry free! Bob and Brenda are great hosts and you can tell they take great pride in making everyone’s stay a top quality experience! Everything is better than advertised. We were looking forward to a stress free and relaxing vacation and thanks to Bob and Brenda it was that, and then some! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful oceanfront view!


This condo is very clean, nicely decorated & spacious. The oceanfront view in the living room & the master bedroom was just awesome! Mr. Bob Leckie is fantastic to talk with & excellent in handling my families vacation week. We loved the the location of the condo & look forward to a 2019 vacation.

What a lovely condo!


Our vacation was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we drove into the garage where we felt safe and secure until we had to say good-bye, this was an amazingly lovely retreat. Perfect size for four adults and two children. Lovely furnishings and spectacular view. So sorry we only had one week. We hope to return again.

Great Value!


We had a wonderful stay at the Leckie\'s beach home. We previously rented the unit two years ago. We appreciated the improvements made to the condo since our previous stay including new blinds in the living room, new deck furniture, new and better televisions in the bedrooms, and the excellent WIFI. Our impression of this rental is that it is an extremely good value. From the beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom to the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owners, I believe you would be hard pressed to find a nicer unit for the cost of this unit. Also, it is a pleasure working with Bob Leckie, the owner. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
