This is an updated, beautiful beach house 200 yards from our private deeded beach! 
 
Welcome to our home away from home that I would like to share with you for your next vacation. Imagine being able to wake up and walk back and forth to the beach with ease.  Enjoy the comfort of our spacious three bedrooms and two baths, as well as all the amenities that you need to make your stay the vacation of your dreams. Some of these include soft comfortable linens and towels, four large flat screen  smart TVs with surround sound, toys for children, family board games, a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach bikes, stand up paddle board, and more.

Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed, it’s own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a flat screen on the wall.
Room 2: This is large bedroom with 1 queen sized bed, bathroom directly outside the door, a flat screen TV, a large closet and a private door to access outside. 
Room 3: This is a small bedroom with a coach, a flat screen TV with surround sound, and a twin-sized bunk bed with a trundle.  Kids will love sleepovers in this room. 
 
(We also have a queen sized air mattress if needed.)
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
 
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– 1 ovens, 1 stovetop, 1 dishwasher.
– Almost any condiment you need! We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc.
 
There is an attached garage that can accommodate sedan sized vehicles. 
We have a large circular driveway that can fit several vehicles.

– Beach – 2 minute walk.
– Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue and downtown  – 5 minute drive.
– Walgreens (24 hours) and Publix grocery and a few restaurants within walking distance 
– Farmer’s Market – 2 min drive
– Palm Beach Zoo – 15 minute drive.
– Airports –  PBI 20 minute drive; FLL 40 minute drive.

Wonderful stay!!


We are frequent VRBO renters, and we can truly say this was the BEST STAY we have ever had. The pictures don\'t do justice to the beautiful house. It was a plus that we could walk to the beach, and the neighbors we met were very friendly. We plan to rent it again the first chance we get. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

Outstanding property and top-notch hospitality


Recently stayed at the property for a few days, and everything was just as described and pictured. Charming property, walking distance to private beach, and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The property owner was phenomenal to work with and very accommodating. We were very happy with our experience overall, and would definitely stay again. Thanks again!

Completely remodeled and close to beach


Very nice home and owners! 5 minute walk to private beach area. All 3 bedrooms have Tv\'s with HULU, Netflix and Amazon prime. Plenty of towels and toiletries so less to pack. Nearby restaurants. Had a very relaxing time. Weather did not cooperate so unfortunately couldn\'t enjoy beach as much as we would have liked. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful beachy house great for families


My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this home. Aaron was an excellent host, quickly answering all of my questions. He was extremely flexible and made sure we had a top notch stay. The house was very clean and had calm, relaxing beachy decor. The walk to the beach is extremely close; our 3 year old walked it with no trouble! In addition to the house being great, Aaron also provided beach towels, beach gear, kids beach toys... I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!!!
