Above The Rest, Condo 5F is 2018 Newest Rental. This newly updated end unit sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is conveniently located just steps from downtown and the Associations Pool and Recreation area.
 
This unit functions as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with the Master on first floor (NEW KING), a 2nd floor Loft which has a King and Full-sized futon and 3rd hide-a-bedroom located through the 2nd floor bathroom (2 twins). Linens are NOT provided (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels), but can be furnished for additional $100 fee (Pool and Beach towels not included).
 
Due to owner’s allergies, smoking inside or allowing pets inside unit will result in forfeiture of $400 deposit.
