The dock has easy access to Lewis Bay. The roof deck has 360 degree water views. The kitchen has state of the art appliances and a gorgeous large marble island, pantry, ice maker, wine cooler, two dishwashers, microwave, and fully stocked with dishware for entertaining. The open plan kitchen/living room has a fireplace, large screen television and a large dining table. Washer/dryers are on the first and second floor. All three floors are equipped with a wet bar including sink, refrigerator and ice maker. The master bedroom as a television, fireplace, cozy sitting area, sliders on both the front and back. The master bath has a large steam shower and a jet tub. All bedrooms go out to the deck through sliders. The top floor has a pullout sofa, large screen television and a fireplace.

Beautiful house with great layout for multiple families. Easy access to beach across the street. Perfect vacation house.
