Located on the private (warm) side  of Lake Anna, guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home.  The main/master bedroom has a king bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with three queen beds, bunk beds, and a twin bed, comfortable for sleeping 11 people.  The open living room is furnished with a 55" HD television with Dish Network and has a beautiful view of the lake.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.  Situated lakefront, guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun and water fun, a bonfire, and later watch the sunset from the large deck off the living room.  
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as wine tasting and miniature golf, or do some shopping in the quaint town of Louisa.  For more upscale shopping travel to Short Pump/Richmond or Fredericksburg; both are only a 45 minute drive.

Amazing Weekend


We celebrated my girlfriend\'s birthday here for the weekend with several of our friends and this house was perfect. Everyone had sufficient space and the huge yard and quiet cove provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful lake house for a family vacation!


Jeff and Denise have a lovely home and have done a great job of outfitting their home. Everything was clean and in good working order. It\'s very nice that the community boat ramp is right around the corner, so we could have our rental boat delivered very close to the house. Jeff and Denise were very responsive during the rental process. Our family enjoyed a great long weekend! We would definitely rent this property again.

A Perfect Thanksgiving


We rented this house for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. It was a perfect location and house for the 4 generations visiting. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the yard and fishing dock. The master bedroom on the first floor was great for my 90 year old Mom. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful time


We stayed here for The weekend and had a fantastic experience. There was loads of space for everyone, the huge kichen made cooking meals for everyone a breeze.i would definitely recommend this location, and Jeff was a very responsive and helpful host. If we have an opportunity we will for sure be returning.
