The Luxury Dream Villa is built in a private plot (measuring 3500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras. The location is ideal, as it is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 2 kilometers away.
 
The villa is surrounded by well kept lawns, olive trees and your own private little orchard which includes lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees. Outside, you will also find a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play.
 
Spend your days leisurely by the pool soaking up some sun and enjoy the cool evening breeze on the veranda while sipping a drink or dining al fresco.

The Villa
The villa consists of a ground floor and an attic.
 
The ground floor features an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room includes a fireplace, Digea flat screen TV and playstation (PS3). The kitchen features a dining table and is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, frappe mixer, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed and balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.
 
The staircase leads you to the attic where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with a two double bed with bathroom .
The villa can comfortable accommodate up to 10 people.

Location
The Luxury Dream Villa is located in the peaceful village of Pantokratoras, on the south part of the island.
At a small distance (2 kilometers) you will find the renowned tourist resort of Laganas. Here you will find many tavernas, restaurants, shops, bars and night clubs where you can party until the early morning hours. Laganas beach is one of the longest sandy beaches in Greece and a nesting place for the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtle. Do not miss the opportunity to rent a boat and visit the beautiful Marathonisi Island, also known as Turtle Island. The crystal blue waters against the white sand are just magical to swim in. If you’re lucky you might even get a glimpse of the turtles that live in this area.
 
If you are looking for a quiet evening by the sea, you can visit the traditional Keri village (11 kilometers away) and enjoy some fresh fish or Zakynthian delicacies at one of the local tavernas.
Zakynthos town (10 kilometers away) is ideal for shopping on the pedestrian road, visiting churches and museums as well as enjoying coffee or a drink in one the many cute coffee shops in the historical squares or on the port road.

Enjoy in beautiful ville on Zakynthos


Beautiful villa in a convenient location for various excursions. The swimming pool with the sun beds (and lovely cushions) and the large veranda is great. You have both sun and shade at any time of the day. The garden is well maintained and you can park 4 to 5 cars on the driveway. There is an alarm system, a large bbq and outside is also a washing machine. The living room has nice sofas and a large satellite TV. There is an 8-person dining table in the kitchen, but eating outside on the porch is just as fun. There is no dishwasher, there is plenty of kitchenware and appliances, which are somewhat outdated. All rooms have screen doors, which is very pleasant, and air conditioning. The house is noisy. The bedrooms and bathrooms look great. The beds are long and wide enough, but the slatted bases are a bit wobbly. In the bathroom you can not hang the shower head, so you can not stand under it, but first you have to soap and then rinse. Every morning fresh bread, croissants, donuts and occasionally even a delicious cake is delivered by Spiros and Jamie is helpful if there are any questions. The cleaning lady comes daily and both beach towels, towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. That is really a luxury. A rental car is a requirement to see all the beautiful places on the island. Beautiful restaurants in the vicinity such as Ole Ole and Dennis where you can eat delicious for little money. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday! This villa is a must.
