This soothing and serene cottage was a HGTV Dream Home. The property was renovated in January of 2015 with all brand new finishes and furnishings, you will be transformed by the interior of this cottage and awed by the loggia.
 
This beautiful beach home features an open kitchen, dining and living area that transitions to the spectacular, screened loggia. The loggia, from the Italian word for "living place", is in perfect harmony with the indoor space of the cottage. Outside the loggia, a courtyard lush with plantings invites you to explore. A guest bedroom with a king bed is situated on the first floor and adjoining bath with shower that has an exterior door for convenience when returning from the beach or pool.
 
The master suite is located on the second floor with a king bed and bath with a shower only. Beautiful textures and fabrics create a truly luxurious experience.
 
The HGTV Cottage boasts a second master bedroom. With a queen bed and full bath, this bedroom allows for true comfort for everyone. Additionally, a set of bunk beds are built into the hallway for the children.

Another Phenomenal Vacation!


HGTV Dream Home is a Dream! This was our third stay and it did not disappoint. There were 3 couples and we stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The house is so warm and cozy. It felt like Home! We are already planning our trip for next year and we are staying in this house again!

We had the best time here. My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in October. The house was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was covered, and all of us finally got to relax. It\'s in a perfect location- close to the square and the beach. This satisfies all needs!

Lovely Home, Perfect Location


We loved our time in this spacious home. The home was well appointed and comfortable for our week long Summer vacation. It was equipped with everything you might need for a week at the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the screened in porch. We spent a great deal of time there. The location is in the heart of Rosemary Beach - everything is within a short walk or bike ride. The bikes that come with the property were not in the best condition - pedals were broken or missing, seats swiveled. However, these were small things that we did not even bother reporting. The overall experience was perfect.

Ideal venue for 'girls' getaway' for long-time friends!


The property provided an ideal context for a reunion of three friends from different parts of the country. Relaxing, comfortable, and easy. We loved the house and hated to leave.

Thanksgiving Family getaway.


My wife and I had both of our sons and their wives stay with us. One traveled From Seattle and the other from Jupiter Florida. My sister in laws family and two brother in laws and thier families were also there. We had exceptional week in Rosemary Beach. Three houses, 17 people and great weather. Our planning was done way in advance and we made sure we had the best there was to offer. We made this a trip to remember. Thanks to the HGTV house. It was a success.
