There are two ultra comfortable king-sized beds, one in the main floor bedroom and another located upstairs in the loft bedroom that also has a small sitting area. The main living area is spacious and comfortable and the full kitchen is open and equipped with new stainless steel appliances. If you prefer to feel that you are staying in a well cared for vacation home rather than a rental look no further.
 
There is a covered private balcony off the living room which overlooks an open courtyard and the tennis courts - sit back and relax. At over 700 square feet this carriage house is a wonderful retreat at the beach.

We always love staying in Rosemary but this was our first experience renting from 30A Luxury Vacations. The staff especially Chris could not have been more accommodating. The carriage house did not disappoint either. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place in the perfect location


We took a trip to this unit for an extended weekend and loved it. The space was updated and in good shape. The location is perfect. An easy walk to multiple beach access points, multiple pools within Rosemary Beach, lots of restaurants and more. It was really nice to be out of the rush of somewhere like Seaside, but still be able to hop in the car and get anywhere on 30A within a few minutes. We\'re already looking forward to coming back!
