This 5 bedroom 3 bath home has practically everything you would need for your large group or family. Enter the house on the main level where you will find the Queen bedroom with flat screen TV, King Bedroom with flat screen TV and BluRay DVD player and another Queen bedroom adjoining the bunk room. The bunk room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Also located on the main level is a bathroom complete with a shower and 2 sinks, utility room with full sized washer and dryer and the Sunroom equipped with Keurig coffee station and lake view. Step right up to the 2nd floor to find the large kitchen with everything you will need for your vacation. Stainless steel 3 door refrigerator with ice maker, double ovens, cook top, and double dishwasher! Also featured in the kitchen are the granite countertops and another Keurig coffee station. Please note that there is an additional refrigerator in the garage for extra drinks! Just off the kitchen enjoy the covered deck with seating and a grilling station for those rainy days. This level also includes another full sized bathroom. Enjoy the view from all of the windows in the extra large Living Room. It features, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, BluRay DVD Player, Sound bar with bluetooth, plenty of seating, Also in that area is a 2 top breakfast bar, 2 top bistro/game playing table and bar with mini refrigerator and 2 bar stools. Open Dining Room features a 6 top table with 2 available leaves and extra chairs. Continue through the hallway to the extra large Master Bedroom with expansive lake view windows, King sized bed, flat screen TV, air mattresses for extra sleeping and full sized private bathroom. Bathroom includes 2 sinks, jetted tub and stand up shower. Once outside, your group can enjoy the extra large entertaining area. Everyone can sit and enjoy the lake life with the bar top and several tables. There is a larger gas grill in this area as well! New dock for the 2017 rental season! Concrete with an 11 x 30 covered slip, a 12 x 30 swim platform and a PWC slip. You will enjoy swimming or fishing along the over 100' of shoreline! Our families met together from Colorado and Mississippi. We enjoyed the house alot! The decks are amazing. The location is great. The views are everything. This was our second year at this house. We will be back. Again, this space accommodated our 14 family members well. The house is comfortable and we loved the access to the lake.
\"Great house great location ! This house was great. We had a group of 17 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house is easy to get to and is only a few minutes off the highway. It is also close to a lot of amenities. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked, even had Tupperware for leftovers. The covered patio right off the kitchen was great since it rained a few times during our visit. The view from the living room was awesome. My two year old walked in and once she saw the view said \"wow big pool!\" The concrete dock was great and had plenty of seating and a nice big table to use and even had blue tooth speakers you could hook up to. It was big enough to have our entire group on comfortably. This house does have a decent amount of stairs inside and out down to the dock(wish there had been railings on the stairs down the dock) but my two year old managed them fine. One reason I picked this house over others is because it wasn\'t right on the edge of the water, it kept my little one from wanting to jump in the water every second. The down stairs patio and deck are also great and part is covered down there as well. Also had plenty of seating for our large group. Plenty of towels for showering were available but could only find one extra blanket in the entire house. Would have been nice to have a few extra blankets available and a sheet set for the pull out couch in the sun room. We brought our own just in case so I didn\'t call the rental company/owners to ask about more but they are always available. Had to call about the master bedroom AC( just had to hold the button down to change temp) when checking in and they answered immediately and issue was resolved in minutes. Over all it was a great place, great rental company/owners to work with. Even had nice neighbors to both sides, beautiful lake view and just far enough in the cove that swimming was always calm even on the weekend. Thanks for a great family vacation spot!\"
