Major tourist attractions and cultural centers of the city are either within walking distance or within a few minutes ride from the Central Subway Station 'Karlsplatz' (lines U1, U2, U4) in approx. 3 minutes walk from the apartment building. 
 
The world famous 'Ringstrasse', State Opera House, the Imperial Palace Hofburg, Spanish Riding School, St. Stephan's Cathedrale, the Museums Quarter, Musikverein and the Concert House of Vienna etc. are also within walking distance. 
 
This rental apartment is offered as 1-bedroom apartment consisting of 2 separate rooms, a bedroom and a combined living and bedroom with free WIFI (high-speed Internet access) and air condition. Cancellation conditions:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights prior arrival. Afterwards the following rules apply:


Less then 30 nights before arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

For cancellations less then 15 nights prior arrival total fee will be due for payment.

 

Special cancellation conditions for Christmas & New Year:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights prior arrival. Afterwards the following rules apply:
Less then 30 nights before arrival or in case of "noshow" the full rental fee will be due for payment.

Additional Rate details

Please notice: The published rates are in EURO.
For every stay there is a 1-time fee with 45 EUR (approx. $52) for final cleaning

 The published rates are valid for 1 person only.  Additional adult persons are charged with 25-35 EUR per person and night depending on the duration of stay and season!

Children below 4 years stay for free.  Baby cot & high chair will be provide for free on request! Children below 15 are charged with 15-20 EUR per night depending on the duration of stay and season!
