Where to start- Marc the owner keeps in touch personally. Hugo the house manager took excellent care of us- especially good with the children. The chef Jose and Rodolfo fed us well every day. The house, the pool, and the grounds are absolutely as beautiful as the pictures We had kayaks and plenty of snorkel equipment for everyone in our group of 13. We brought kids and grandkids ranging in age from 2-17. Everyone agreed it was a wonderful, relaxing and fantastic trip. We had wind for 3 days, but that can\'t be helped. Seaweed season, but Aurelio and crew continued to sweep the beach all day long for us. Saw turtles and spotted eagle rays right up by the beach. My husband and I stayed in the beach palapa - our own little slice of heaven!! The outdoor eating and conversation area worked great for eating and game nights. I thought having all the staff would be intrusive - but everyone respected our privacy and it was an amazing family experience.
Beautiful property right on the beach with a pool, hammics and a great ocean breeze. The staff was fantastic, Jose and Rudolf are an awesome team serving great food. You\'re secluded but a great outdoor adventure park is only 15 minutes away. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and spent days in the water kayaking and snorkeling and were completely spoiled on this trip.
First of all let me say how wonderful Hugo was as our host. He was charming beyond words. I swear the man never sleeps, he was there whenever we needed something. We went to the Cenotes on his recommendation, which was an awesome experience. We went to the Ruins and snorkeling. He helped us with a driver, David, from MotMot tours and he was helpful and engaging. Moving onto this beautiful house and these phenomenal cooks, Jose and Rudolfo. The exquisite care they took was nothing short of miraculous. We were there with 5 couples, some long time friends, some newer friends. We did Yoga and Taichi every day. We relaxed, took walks and had long meaningful conversations every day. It was a renewing week for all of us. We miss the staff and our friendly iguana. This place is heaven
Besides being a beautiful place, the staff are extremely attentive, very polite and helpful. The surroundings are very clean, well furnished and decorated. It is in a great location on the outskirts of Tulum, right near the ruins and with the beach at the front. For those looking for comfort, tranquility, and excellent service, this is the ideal place.
Casa buena suerte We have just returned to Chile after spending two great weeks in this beautiful house at Soliman Bay near Tulum in the Riviera Maya. Marc, the owner, was very helpful with suggestions previous to our trip and was personally concerned for our wellbeing during our stay, especially after facing Franklin, a tropical storm (which in fact added emotion to our stay) Hugo, the House Manager, makes everybody feels at home, provides surprise amenities during the stay, great with the children and solves anything you need José and his staff run a great kitchen, delicious food, flexible to accommodate any requirement Sofía, the homekeeper, works around in silence, efficiently making sure everything in the house is in order including helping with the laundry Grounds and pool are kept immaculate, including a daily battle against the seaweed which I suspect will eventually be won by nature and not by mankind The house surpassed our expectations. We were a group of 9 adults and five children. We fit perfectly well in all the rooms. Infrastructure was excellent. It was very nice to have fresh pool towels every morning. Bedding could be improved with duvets rather than traditional sheets and blankets The only negative aspect is the beach. It is beautiful to look at but if you want to wade into the ocean and swim in the waves, this is not the place. Too much seaweed and rocky shore makes entering the sea uninviting. The kayaks are a good idea to venture into more clear waters but still the beach was the only disappointment. The good news is that you don\'t need to leave the beautiful infinity pool. Overall a fantastic experience
