The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida. 
 
Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
 
Get your work-out done, or go for a nice evening stroll in the 3-mile jogging and exercise trail going around the prestigious Turnberry Golf Course, located right outside the residence. 
 
The whole apartment has brand new, extra shiny white porcelain tile. Equipped and furnished in a classy contemporary style.

A comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and beautiful wall unit.
 
The dining room has a large table for 8 .
 
Fully equipped kitchen with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils.
 
The laundry closet has bifold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied). Also included: an iron and ironing board, a low noise vacuum cleaner,and cleaning supplies.
 
The Master Bedroom is a large suite with a full comfort king size bed and includes access to the walk-through closet and the on-suite bathroom. The suite comes with a 55' LED TV flat, computer desk with WiFi internet connection, Safe box and big closet.
 
Bedroom 2 and 3 : in each bedroom:
 
one full size bed plus one  twin bed, flat tv ,night stand with table lamp, luggage holder and full walk-in closet. 
 
baby crib and baby high chair (upon request).
 
One wall-bed twin in one of the bedrooms.
 
We provide sheets and towels.
 
This is a non-smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

Fabulous place! We loved it!


This is an awesome apartment that is a super clean, tastefully decorated modern apartment. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms newly renovated, the kitchen had all you needed. The apartment is in a gated community, there is a pool, and a tennis court. This apartment worked well for two families! Our host was very sweet and made us feel welcome. We loved this place and I warmly recommend it!
