A favorite past time (for kids of all ages) is crabbing and fishing right off the dock. You can also enjoy reading a great book or enjoying the great sunsets from the comfort of the screened-in porch.
 
You are close to town, so peruse the great restaurants and shops, but a family picnic or crab feast at the vacation rental home are always in order.
