Located 309 B 59th Street in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very convenient, Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. It features a washer and dryer, wireless internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling. There is a large open deck at poolside and a screened lanai overlooking the pool with a bonus room for the kids.
 
There is a bright and open kitchen that would please any gourmet cook!
 
This home features a two car garage as well.
 
There is a 70" television in the living room with a DVD player as well as a 42" television in the master bedroom. There is also a 32" television in each of the guest bedrooms. The bonus room on the lower level has a 40" television.
 
This beautiful property will sleep six with a two king size beds and a queen size bed.
 
Tequila Sunrise is a one week minimum rental.
 
Parking is limited to three vehicles.
