Welcome to Central Apartments Vienna (CAV): This 1-bedroom apartments offers 2 separate rooms and can accommodate 1–4 adults plus 1 baby for free. The apartment are 52 m2 (550 sq feet), consisting of a bedroom and one combined living room/bedroom plus fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower & separate WC.

The apartment offers a double bed and a high quality sofa bed for further 2 persons. Also baby cot and high chair will be available for free on request.

In the fully equipped modern kitchen you can prepare your delicious meals and specialties with the fresh food which you can get from the in-house supermarket or from the largest open market in central Europe, called „Naschmarkt“ located just around the corner of the building in less then 1 minute walking distance. It’s is the most popular open market in Vienna and is an attraction.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Thereafter, the following regulations will apply:

For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival or in case on “no-show” the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Special Cancellation Policy for Christmas & New Year:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Thereafter, the following regulations will apply:
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival or in case on “no-show” the total rental price will be charged.

Additional Rate details

Please notice: The published rates are in EURO.
For every stay there is a 1-time fee with 45 EUR (approx. $52) for final cleaning

 The published rates are valid for 1 person only.  Additional adult persons are charged with 25-35 EUR per person and night depending on the duration of stay and season!

Children below 4 years stay for free.  Baby cot & high chair will be provide for free on request! Children below 15 are charged with 15-20 EUR per night depending on the duration of stay and season!
