Ludwig- and Leopoldstreet are around the corner, just as the English Garden and Munich's famous Art Museums. The beautiful flat is moments away from a plethora of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, underground station "Giselastraße" is only 5 minutes walking distance, with Oktoberfest a mere 5 stops away.
 
The sunny flat (60 m²) is decorated in a timeless-modern way, provides wood-flooring allover except bath and kitchen (tiles) and despite being centrally located you'll find yourself in a very quiet setting. The family-sized bathroom offers a bathtub with pivoting glass screen for a safe shower and a WC.
 
There is also a washing machine with dryer in the basement of the house. Bedlinen, kitchen and bathroom towels, soap and shampoo as well as cleaning detergents will be provided.
