Bright and quiet room within a charming flat in a well-cared period building in Schwabing, common use of kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the 2nd floor without lift.
 
The 24 m² big room is tastefully furnished in a mediterranean style and has a handmade doublebed from Italy (bedsize 200x200 cm), which also can be used as 2 single beds. There is also a coatrack, desk, commode and radio in the room.
 
All shops for daily needs, various cafes, restaurants and small boutiques are in the immediate vicinity. There are only 15 walking minutes to the English Garden (or only few minutes by bus, also directly to "Chinesischer Turm" within the English Garden). This popular area is also called "museum district" , as the most famous museums are reachable within only few walking minutes.
