The hiking and fishing are outstanding in this forested area abounding with lakes, streams, and magnificent mountain views. Or you can enjoy the amenities of nearby Payson, with its antiques, museums, restaurants and shopping.

The home’s large back deck is directly next to the stream, making it a delightful area for eating, relaxing, and wildlife viewing, with many squirrels and birds lending their chatter to the burbling creek sounds. There is a third central bathroom with shower for guests, next to the laundry and pantry. Lovely cabin!

The creek was beautiful to look at and listen to. Wonderful time! We enjoyed the cozy spaciousness. Thank you Anita!

Awesome

Dear Anita, we enjoy a lot your cabin. Thank you for all your services and the delicious brownies. We had a snow the last day and enjoyed so much ?... we had a great time. I hope we will come back soon.

A relaxing respite in the north country!

This Christopher Creek property was ideal for a relaxing break from city life!!! Anita had a welcoming batch of home made brownies. The house is VERY spacious!! The split plan, with a very large bedroom on either end of the house is ideal for larger groups. And both bathrooms have the sink outside of the shower/toilet for convenience. The kitchen is fabulous!!! There is every pot, pan, bowl, It is a very convenient kitchen to work in!!! And plenty of food staples to help out with baking. The back porch is HUGE and it\'s great fun to watch the squirrels and birds through the large sliding glass doors. The house has many windows and plenty of light. The house is well stocked with books and games and two televisions. Thanks Anita for your hospitality!!!

Great house!

We planned a family celebration of the my husband\'s 70th birthday and this house was perfect for that occasion. Even with the snow on our arrival and frigid temps while we were there. The patio was perfect with it\'s sun during the day and the fire pit to make s\'mores. The great room was so roomy for all of us as well as the well-equipped and large kitchen. The two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms were much appreciated. There were 13 of us who gathered there the majority of the time, and everything was terrific. We are already talking about having another family weekend using this particular place for House Central. Thanks so much to Anita for making this possible. And the brownies on our arrival were a huge plus. Yum!

Comfy, Cozy and Peaceful Respite!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely and spacious home! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. Anita greeted us with her signature brownies and was a sweet and gracious hostess. Of course, the back patio deck is the best part of the property, I only wish we\'d had more time to spend on it; we were out hiking and visiting old favorite sites for most of our stay and were only able to take advantage of it on one of the three nights we were there. But, it was so nice and relaxing having a glass of wine by the creek at the end of a long day of hiking! Had it been warmer, we would\'ve enjoyed our coffee on the deck, but it was just a little too nippy for that, but we had fun watching the squirrels run round and play from the dining room table. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this comfortable, cozy and relaxing home! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us, Anita, we\'ll definitely check with you first next time we\'re planning to stay in Payson!! : )
