You are renting a large Single family almost 1700 SF, 2 bedrooms, office with internet, large back patio with lounge chairs, a large gorgeous back yard with fountains and an easy to use Gas Firepit. Back porch has large comfortable lounging furniture, so you can sit and watch the sunrise, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while watching the fire from the firepit. There is also a BBQ plus a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Ahhhh! it doesn't get better than this! This Spacious immaculately clean home will sleep 4+. (There is an air mattress if more sleeping room is needed. ) Home is is elegant with beautiful granite and marble throughout. Master bath is an onsuite with a lush garden tub, walk in shower, Green Onyx precious stone vessel sinks, and a lovely marble, green onyx and granite custom inlay in the floor. Soap and sdhampoo provided, and you will enjoy pleanty of clean towels and washcloths. A hairdryer is also provided.
 
In the kitchen you will enjoy a beautiful all custom designed Chef's kitchen. Lovely Knotty Alder wood cabinets and island with carved wood corbels, and trim provide decadent details. Island countertop is Black Galaxy granite, and beautiful brown granite countertops as well as Designer backsplash, are focal features of this gorgeous Kitchen. Kitchen also features a ceramic cooktop, Dishwasher, Wine Refrigerator, Reverse Osmosis Filtered Water, crystal water Icemaker, microwave, and Stainless steel appliances. Coffee and Tea and some spices, and other pantry items are included.
 
Beautifully furnished and decorated, this is the Owner's home, complete with lovely Bronze statues, original artwork and décor. This home is better than the equivalent to a 5 star hotel! You can spread out, sit on a comfy couch to watch TV, and cook in your own kitchen.
 
All Dishes and linens are provided. King sized Tempurpedic Mattress in Master bedroom, with fresh linens, and a comfy goose down comforter and feather pillows. Truly luxurious! Queen sized bed with Tempurpedic topper in second gorgeous bedroom. 3rd room is office with Computer hookups. (can put blow up mattress in this room ) Internet and TV provided. Washer and Dryer. Sorry, no garage, but plenty of driveway parking. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood that is very popular for all, but especially winter visitors.

Gorgeous home. Clean, quiet!


We sooo totally loved being in this comfortable elegant home. We felt like we were at a 6 star resort with our own private porch and yard. We loved the gas (easy on) firepit. Backyard was immaculate and beautiful. And plenty of comfortable chairs and tables on the back porch so we could sit out enjoy the peace and quiet. The home was immaculate inside. It was beautiful to say the least and had lots of inlaid marble and granite and precious Stone inlays. The master bathroom en suite had beautiful green onyx sinks that matched the medallion inlaid into the bathroom floor which also had some green onyx in the decoration. The shower was easy walk in and very spacious. The kitchen Was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. It even had nice wine glasses and plenty of them. Our hosts were excellent attending to our every need. Definitely would stay again

Beautiful and spotless home! Very clear check in and check out instructions. Owner is lovely and easy to talk to. My only concern was the beautiful statues and a bit stressed something would get broken with my kids. All was good though and we will definitely be back.

a great home away from home


The 4of us, 2 couples, loved being able to live in more than just a hotel room. The outside area was comfortable, and we could have our coffee there in the morning, wine at night! Sherrie\'s house was lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing.
