This exclusive waterfront villa is located on the renown half-island of Cap Martin, precisely 5 km in driving distance from the town of Monaco . It is also about 10-15 minutes drive from the Italian border; with Ventimiglia, Bordighera and San Remo being the first cities you'll come across the border.
 
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a one-car garage, parking spaces for up to 3 cars on the property, as well as a pool and jacuzzi/hot tub above the pool. The pool area included 14 m pool and 5 meter jacuzzi is generous as are the terraces, allowing for enough space for 8 peoples.
 
The property is also 2 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach and 150 meters to the closest restaurant, Vista Beach Club, with the La Cigale restaurant with its own private sea access for tenders. Our favour Italian restaurant Fellini is to reach by 5 minutes walk, sitting in a nice sea side garden with correct prices and good quality Italian food.
 
Should you require a car with or without driver during your stay, we can arrange anything, from an S-Klasse over Porsche 911 , S Classe Benz, Viano Van with driver, at very fair daily 10 hour flat rates, including unlimited kilometres around the French Riviera. We have in additional access to rent Riva 52 and Rive 59 to rent on a day by day bases for super rate with a very nice captain.
