Our villa is surrounded by a private, pristine lagoon where you can sit privately on the back porch and watch the parade of wildlife right in your own back yard! Just off the living room, for your pleasure, is a furnished, screened-in porch with closet washer & dryer. Activities: Rent through us and use your resort privileges for pool and Island activities or choose to enjoy the 10 miles of clean, pristine beach so firm you can ride your bike on it. Besides the 2 world-class tennis facilities and 5 championship golf courses, the Island features over 30 miles of paved bike path that winds throughout the Island. Night Heron Park offers basketball courts, soccer fields and picnic area as well as a nature center where you can arrange to rent canoes and kayaks. In the summer the park offers activities such as Kamp Kiawah for kids, poolside trivia, ice cream socials, summerfests, cookouts and nightly entertainment. Nearby Seabrook Island offers charter fishing, boat rentals and horseback riding.
 
Area Attractions: Charleston area attractions are limitless and include city, plantation, bay, Civil War, home and garden tours. History abounds whether you're observing the antabellum houses, visiting the maritime museum or shopping for antiques. For the thoroughly modern, there are malls and upscale, down-town shopping, the IMX theatre and art galleries. For the naturalist, Angel Oak and the bird sanctuary island are a must see. If you didn't get enough golf on the island, there are lots of public courses in the area. Believe me, you'll plan on staying an extra week next year.

Terms & Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance or cancellation is due 30 days prior to your check in date. Cancellation fees for cancellations made after 30 days are as follows: 20% of total rental cost if between 22 and 30 days; 50% of total rental cost if between 11 and 21 days; 80% of total rental cost if 7 to 10 days prior to your arrival. There is no reimbursement if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your stay. Any on-line charges incured will be charged back to the guest. Holiday and event rates may be higher. All rates subject to 12.5% tax. Stays are subject to a cleaning fee. There is an additional 2.5% fee when using PayPal. Personal checks are also accepted.

Perfect for what we were looking for.


Awesome villa and it came with awesome resort privileges. The Courtside Villas were perfect for our vacation, since our kids were playing in the Jr. tennis camp daily and the tennis courts are literally right next to the villa. The beach is a 3 minute walk and we\'d go every day 2x. Once to hang for a few hours, and then again at night to feed the deer and take a nice sunset walk. Just gorgeous! You won\'t regret booking this villa.

Well maintained, homey and very comfortable villa.


This is our third year of staying at this villa. It is well maintained, well located and very comfortable. It is close to the beach and bike paths that make it very easy to navigate the area. Freshfields village, a shopping complex, is within easy biking distance. Saw dolphins the first morning while walking the beach. Saw deer several evenings. Great place to stay for a quiet get-away.

Great little villa. Very good location on the island; drive to beach access or walk - extra two minutes to walk. Walking distance to Southern Kitchen which was very convenient. Every window has a soothing water view. Bedroom is a good size, everything was clean. Recommend!
