You can walk up the beach to Hardees or McDonald's for breakfast, and to the pier to watch the anglers. Or if you prefer the nostalgic, watch delicious donuts being made just as they were in 1939 -- at Britts Donut Shop on the Boardwalk.
 
WHEN YOU WISH TO EXPLORE WILMINGTON: This condo is equipped with a full kitchen with a full-size oven and refrigerator, a microwave, and a full-size washer/dryer. This is a wonderful place for your dream vacation -- whether for a week or more, a weekend, a month, or for multiple months during the off-peak season. Wireless system available upon request. With proof of current military service, I will offer a 10% discount for a week rental period or in the off season for a weekend rental when available.

Elevator building. Washer and drier in unit, elevator, Cable TV, phone, and $40.00 electric included. A copy of the progress energy bill will be provided for monthly guests who exceed $40 per month when billed for excess usage.
A separate check for $100 Security Fee is due with the final payment and returned after inspection is completed.
Booking made by person born in May enjoys a waiver of the cleaning fee.
Due to the New Hanover Room Occupancy Tax of 6%, I am required to collect 6% from weekly and monthly renters.

Very nice, ocean-front condo


We were very pleased with the rental. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The pictures are very accurate and the deck was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. Roomy master bedroom and very clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Excellent place to stay at the beach


We have returned here for quite a few years. Great beach and pool. Deck overlooks the beach. Great for relaxing and dining after a day at the beach. Looking forward to next year.

Overall, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The owner has done a phenomenal job giving it that home feeling instead of a rented condo. Again, the location is right between Carolina beach and Kure Beach which situates your stay right near the center of the island, you\'re very close to a main road exiting the island to nearby Wilmington (10-20 min) with every restaurant known to man and of course, Wilmington\'s famous Riverfront less than 30 min away. Lanlord/owner is wonderful and a fabulous person to meet, if you get the chance. Great property, great owner, great stay!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE


Our family stay at SeaColony was one of The best places we have ever stayed at. The place was spotless, the ocean view was beautiful, the pool was wonderful, and every thing was quite handy. Our hosts BARB & MIKE were very nice and made our stayeven nicer. We will return time and time again!!!
