Our kid-friendly charming townhouse is located in the community of Four Seasons and sits across the street from Camelback Adventure, Ski Resort, Camelbeach Water Park, while Kalahari Resort, America's Largest Indoor Water park is less than 15 minutes from the house and they also offer day passes. Enjoy skiing, snow tubing, swimming, water park rides, horseback riding, hiking, outlet shopping. Between the comfort of our townhouse and the location, you couldn't ask for anything more!
The space
This newly renovated, Kid-friendly charming townhouse ideal for large families, tourists as well as a small groups. Located in the community of Four Seasons, across from Camelback Adventure, Ski and Water Park.
** Beautiful 2-story home, 3 bedrooms, 2 levels with a deck Living room & wood burning fireplace
** Free high speed WiFi internet, all bedrooms & living have Cable TV with DVD players
** Net-Flix enabled Flat screen TVs so you can add your account details and access Netflix
** Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and a washer/ dryer, dining room next to the kitchen
** Central Air conditioner & heating and ceiling fans with remote controls
** The development also has a small fitness center
** The Town-house is more beautiful than even in the pictures & decor is warm and inviting
Complimentary Items and Booking Terms:
**Clean linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and dish washing detergent.
** Renter must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents. Families with young children welcome.
**We welcome and encourage rentals by families with children of all ages.
**No Prom Groups. No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties etc as this is in accordance with Northridge community guidelines & covenants, and exceptions will not be made. Community rules have to be followed
**Maximum occupancy is 8: The home accommodates a maximum of eight guests in total.

** Enjoy skiing, snow tubing, swimming, water park rides, horseback riding, hiking, outlet shopping, MT. Airy Casino, Bushkill falls (The Niagara of Pennsylvania) and much more.
**Our townhouse gives you faster access to the parking area of camelback resort, coming from the opposite direction of the traffic - going down the mountain, not up the mountain.
**Shawnee mountain ski area and Big Boulder and jack frost ski area is less than a twenty minute drive away. Blue mountain ski resort is less than a 1/2 hour away.

**NIGHT SKIING is offered at Camelback Ski Resort. One of the few places in the area that offers this! Enjoy the night lights from Camelback Ski Trails.
** In the Spring/summer/Fall enjoy the new zip line, Euro Bungy & Segway tours at camelback mountain adventures Camelback Indoor Water park, Kalahari Indoor water park.
**For the outdoors men and women there's a shooting rage 15 minutes away, use your firearms or theirs. Kids welcomed

Other things to note
Rental Agreement must be signed at time of booking. I need all names and ages of persons staying at the house. Also any car information. The Make, plate number and state the plate is in of all the vehicles. All this information is for the registration form that has to be filled out for the community so your car won't be towed and that they know you are on the property. For security reasons. ** Hassle free stay and Support and troubleshooting as the property manager lives nearby
** I visit often to insure everything is functioning properly and in good condition
**It's just not a rental, it's a home away from home.
**Please note that this is not a party house, and we intend it for residential and holiday stay purposes.
