You would rent the upper platform of our 6 hectare property with a tropical house (2 bedrooms), 2 bathroom with hot-water shower, big open roofed area with kitchen, hot-water Jacuzzi, infinity pool (11 meter x 5 meter) with beach entry and very big grass outside area!!! Of course you can discover the whole property! Privacy is absolutely guaranteed!

Amazing oasis, it really does look just like the photos!! Topped off by a superb owner!


My husband and I spent 5 nights at Tino\'s beautiful mountain top oasis, and we wish we had planned to stay much longer! The photos are real! The jungle wildlife, the sunsets and the views are spectacular. Tino is the perfect host. Nearby whenever you need him, knowledgable about all aspects of the area, readily available for any requests we had, yet completely inconspicuous and allowed us to savour the solitude of the property in total privacy. We will definitely recommend Villa Katino to family and friends. Thank you Tino, we hope to visit again in the future!

Best Vacation at Villa Katino


This place is a true gem! Tino welcomed us, told us what to do and where to go, and even helped set up a couple activities we were interested in. If there was anything we needed, he was a text/call away and always responded. This place was a gorgeous villa to honeymoon at and felt as if we were on top of the world. Truly one of Costa Rica\'s best views in our opinion. Everything went smoothly with checking in, our entire stay, and checking out. I will definitely recommend Villa Katino in the future to anyone looking for a beautiful and romantic getaway.

This was an incredible place to stay. We had Nancy come in and cook 3 times. She was an amazing chef. Zip line with canopy tours was great and Tino was so hopeful planning and organizing everything for us. Cant wait to come back again.

Wonderfull Experience


The location and view from this villa is the best in the area. However, the drive up the hill is challenging, and requires a 4WD vehicle. Tino is very helpful in arranging activities, and he always responded promptly to any issue regarding the house. Just be aware that the main living area and kitchen are open, but that allows you to really experience fully the outdoors environment. Thanks Tino. Steve.
