Ideal for families, couples and/or fishing fanatics. We offer the Best of the Abacos - luxurious fully furnished rental homes with private docks on an inlet in the Hope Town Harbour. The main access to the property is by boat, although there is a foot/bicycle path to the property. We are close enough to town for all the conveniences the settlement has to offer, including restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops, but yet we are far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and private setting. Head out in a rental boat to explore neighboring islands, walk a pristine beach, snorkel our spectacular reefs, visit the historical lighthouse and museum or take a charter and go deep sea fishing with the Legendary Bahamian fisherman, Cap'n Robert Lowe. Relax at the end of the day in the comfort of the centrally air conditioned home, in the fresh water swimming pool, in a hammock on the screened porch or dock, or stroll around the gardens and orchard. The homes are immaculate and we pride ourselves on the personal attention given to make your dream vacation extra special. The 3 bedroom/2bath home, known as Gully's Ridge can accommodate up to 7 people. If you have a larger crowd, rent the 2 bedroom/2bath home on the adjacent property, known as Gully's Nest, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Come enjoy the islands with your extended family or group of friends in one private setting. It is nice to be able to travel together, but great to be able to retire to your own space if desired. The rental rate depends on how many people and how many bedrooms/bathrooms will be used, starting at $1250.00 up to $3800 per week. We do accept shorter stays with a minimum of a 3 night stay. There is an additional flat rate fee of $150.00 extra for accommodating one extra person in each home (7 for Gully's Ridge and 5 for Gully's Nest). Our cancellation policy is we will provide a full refund less $100.00 administrative fee IF we are able to re-rent the property.

Clean, roomy, friendly, - a virtual Garden of Eden


We stayed with Karen (attentive to every detail) and Robert (master of the sea) for 3 wonderful months. You couldn\'t find a better place to stay. The property is across a canal from the main road and comes with a small boat so it\'s easy to get around and so peaceful and quiet in the evenings. There\'s nothing lacking in the house. If anything is missing or not operating properly, Karen and Robert will fix it right away. Our fishing trip with Robert was a \"bucket list\" experience as we caught 8 HUGE mutton snappers. Robert would bring us home grown grapefruit and oranges frequently. His fish locker provided all the lobster we could eat, caught by Robert himself. Karen and Robert exemplify the BEST of Hope Town, -- decent, honest, hard working people, -- admirable and awesome in every way.

Fantastic place!


Spent Memorial Day 2017 there and it could not have been better. Everything in the house was 100% perfect and Karen was the most accommodating owner you could ever ask for. Highly recommend staying there!

Karen is a wonderful host and can answer any question that you may have. The house is much prettier in person and the location for anyone renting a boat is ideal. We will absolutely be back next summer!

Great Family Vacation


Three families rented both houses. Unfortunately our arrival coincided with a heavy storm. Karen went above and beyond - coordinating with our boat and golf cart rentals and picking us up from the dock in the downpour. Without her assistance things could have been a real mess; but instead, things turned out perfectly - golf carts were waiting on us and boat arrived at our dock first thing next morning (along with fantastic weather). Houses, dock, pool and grounds were all great. Thanks for a terrific vacation - hope to return!

Awesome rental home in Hope Town!


We can\'t say enough GREAT things about our stay ! Karen & Robert are such fabulous hosts and really made us feel at home! This was the first time we\'ve rented a home where the owners are nearby and I must say it was a huge plus! They always gave us our privacy but were always there if we needed them. The homes are well equipped and very comfortable. The location is GREAT and easy to see all that Abaco has to offer with the convenience of Hope Town. A few things we did that we LOVED! 1. Chartered Fishing Trip with Capt Robert - this was definitely a highlight of our trip. We went fishing for mutton snapper and caught quite a bit of fish! Enough to feed 9 people for 3 meals and we didn\'t even keep 1/2 of our portion of the catch. Capt Robert is well-known throughout Abaco and for good reason - he knows what he\'s doing. Lovely experience if you are looking for a charter! 2. Eat at Firefly - YUM YUM YUM! Our favorite meal by far and it was a recommendation from Karen - thank you Karen! 3. Pete\'s Pub - if you have a rental boat, definitely head to Pete\'s Pub - it does not disappoint! Other notable spots - Tahiti Beach & Whale Cay!
