This beautifully decorated and well-appointed beach house is located in Nags Head with views of the ocean and the sound. It will make your vacation dreams come true. Built in 2002 it features central heating and air conditioning, 50' HIGH DEFINITION TV, 5 master suites with private baths for each, an in ground swimming pool with privacy fence, hot tub, high speed wireless internet access(WIFI), cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, a game room with pool table and foosball table.
 
This beach home is the second lot back from the Ocean, and just a short 1 minute stroll to the beach. Jennette's Pier is close by as well. Enjoy ocean and sound views with magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Listen to the waves from the living room deck.
 
The first level features a recreation room with TV, pool table and foosball table, bathroom, a king master suite and pyramid bunk room (single on top & full on bottom with steps leading to the pol and hot tub, and outdoor shower enclosed in a privacy fence. There is a built in BBQ as well.
 
On the second level you will find 3 master suite bedrooms all with private bathrooms. 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. There is a covered porch to the front featuring views of the ocean!.
 
The third level features a queen master suite with private bath. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender, with a breakfast bar seating 4 next to an adjoining dining area which seats 8. The kitchen, dining area and living room all feature cathedral ceilings throughout. You can enjoy the big screen TV while sitting in front of a warm fire on a cool evening. The living room opens to a full length deck featuring ocean views.
 
Experience the vacation of a lifetime creating timeless memories; whiling away the hours at the beach, in your private pool or hot tub, enjoying a cool drink on the deck enjoying the ocean views, or visiting the surrounding area where within a short walk or drive you will find fine dining and the favorite restaurants of the locals.  A $400 deposit is required to secure the reservation, which converts to your security deposit, returned after vacating. If you cancel the reservation, the deposit is not refunded because potential renters are lost.

Great House Near the Beach


We rented this house for a weekend fishing trip and it was great. It was a short walk to the beach and Jennette\'s pier as well as a short drive to the outer banks pier. The owner was very quick to respond and the house was well maintained. Hopefully we can get back soon!

Would Definitely Rent Again!


My group of 10 rented this house for a week and could not have been more satisfied. It was a short minute walk to the beach. The house was in walking distance to various shops in the area-tshirt shops, ice cream shops, and delicious restaurants. The rooms are not given justice in the photos, as they are extremely roomy and most of them had their own bathrooms. Our group spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful balconies, outdoor pool/hot tub area, and spacious 3rd floor common area.

Perfect for long weekend getaway!


This cottage was everything we needed and more during our extended weekend trip with friends. There was plenty of space for the kids and adults. The beach was a quick walk across the street and the sidewalk allowed for easy runs and walks in the mornings. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Farm Family Vacation


Our family was blessed with this wonderful property during a slower time of year for our hard working farm family. Three floors of bedrooms, bathrooms, decks, pool area separate when needed, and all fit nicely together in the large dining and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate cooking for the gang. The local area has many things close by for dining, entertainment, or just gazing at God\'s beautiful creations! The only problem, was that we were missing our youngest daughter, and our son and his family who couldn\'t make it this week.

Perfect house at the perfect location


Started a new family tradition this year.... Thanksgiving in Nags Head. We had a total of 4 families with 3 children so the set up and number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped to make a full turkey dinner and the location of the house was perfect! The views of the sound and the beach were great. Added bonus was being able to walk to the outlet mall on black Friday!
