Relax in the scenic view of the 13th fairway from your own private deck overlooking the greens.  Bring your clubs for a great golfing experience on this championship golf course.  This paved walking/cart trail leads you to fine dining, as well as use of the swimming pool and tennis courts located at the clubhouse.  This same trail is groomed for cross-country skiing as the winter transforms the view into a winter wonderland! Bring your toys … ATVs, snowmobiles, and bicycles … to partake in the many trails located in and around this peaceful community.
 
As a guest of the homeowner, enjoy use of the 2 clubhouses, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, ski chalet, basketball/volleyball courts, pavilions … and 3 well-maintained beach areas, boat launches, and playground equipment of Lake Arrowhead.  This 325-acre lake is stocked with bass, northern, walleye and pan fish for your boating and fishing activities.  During the summer season, the award-winning Shermalot Ski Team performs twice weekly.  Enjoy use of the acclaimed Lake Arrowhead community in Rome, WI … which boasts two 18-hole golf courses, the Pines and the Lakes.
 
This home accommodates up to 8 … with open cathedral living, dining and kitchen area, and plenty of windows and patio doors leading to a lovely deck facing the fairway to create your own dining experience.  There is a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths at Fairway Trails.  The lower den/family room offers 2 futons for extra separated sleeping for your foursomes.
 
Take in a couple rounds of golf.  Get in the swing before you hit the greens at the short game practice area, the putting greens, or the driving ranges.  However, Lake Arrowhead is much more than just a golf complex!  There are numerous activities and events planned for the member community throughout the year … Annual SnoBlast, picnics, dances, children’s activities, pool parties, golf tournaments, fireworks and holiday events.
 
Only 5 minutes drive to Lake Petenwell, the 2nd largest inland lake in Wisconsin, with 23,000 acres of natural lake beauty … where fishing, boating, and serenity abounds.  Attractions in the area include wildlife refuges, state and county parks, developed county ATV trails, over 270 miles of connected snowmobile trails, water and snow tubing, canoeing, horseback riding, downhill and cross-country skiing, ice-skating and hiking.  Only 45 minutes to the Wisconsin Dells experience!

•Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are CONFIRMED upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, guest data sheet, and reservation deposit. The guest named on the rental agreement is the party responsible for the reservation, adhering to our policies, and assuring the property is appropriately maintained during the stay. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee of the total base rental) due to cancellations with a minimum 60 day notice prior to arrival. A refund with less than 60 days notice is possible only when that home becomes booked and rented during that same rental period. PROCEDURE: Only when we have received the signed rental agreement and completed Guest Data Sheet is your confirmation complete. Upon receipt of your deposit, the rental agreement (showing amount due upon arrival), directions to the home, an area map, a list of amenities, and your personal lockbox combination is mailed to you. The lockbox allows you immediate key retrieval for the home. Upon your arrival, call us immediately at 888-404-2688 to arrange a time when we can meet you at the home (either early that evening or early the next morning), so we may acquaint you with the area, answer any questions you may have, and to complete the paperwork and final payment. The credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet must be presented at this time.

Prime season includes 5/25/18 - 9/6/18 with a 4 night min stay.
Value season includes 9/8/17 - 5/24/18 and 9/7/18 – 12/20/18 with a 3 night min stay (25% discount /lowest rates as listed)!
Holiday stays between 12/22/17 - 1/4/18 at prime season rate (3 night min).
Some shorter stays may be accepted with an add'l $160 short-stay fee. Call for availability.
State & local tax 5.5% - add'l room tax 8%.

WE have used Cottage Keepers for an annual golf trip for the past three to four years (for as long as we have known of them). Everything has worked out wonderfully! They have been very accommodating with the check in time as we have parties traveling in from various locations. They have listened to any issues or enhancements that we feel would be helpful to us or future renters. They worked with us to make our stay even more enjoyable the next time we return.
