We are proud to share our beautiful home. It's close to Downtown Denver on a quiet block in vibrant Sunnyside. Walk a few blocks to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. With 3 beds & 2 baths it comfortably sleeps 6.
This is a stand alone early 1900s brick house, with hardwood floors and amazing original woodwork. The home was recently renovated and furnished with amenities to make you feel like you are at home. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay a perfect getaway.
You will have access to the entire house. Two beds (master has cable tv) one bath (with a claw foot tub for soaking - bubble bath included) upstairs. In the kitchen you will find all of your needs for cooking a great meal, coffee pot, even a stocked Nespresso machine for the espresso lover.
Downstairs you will find an entertainment room (cable TV, Roku, DVD player, and toys if you bring the little ones), a bedroom with a king sized bed, and a modern bathroom with shower. There's even a washer and dryer for your comfort.
The house is all yours, just give a call if you need anything, we are only a mile away.
Sunnyside Denver is one of Denver's great neighborhoods, which has become very trendy again with lots of new coffeehouses and restaurants popping up just a few blocks away. It has a real neighborhood feel and is very close to everything downtown Denver has to offer.
We have a one car detached garage available for your use, easy keypad entry, you can even borrow the remote if you're going to be in and out frequently. You are about a $10 cab ride from downtown Denver, less than 2 miles. Explore Northwest Denver's great neighborhoods including popular LoHi. The RTD stop for the 44 Bus is just two blocks away to take you to the heart of downtown Denver (it runs about every 30 minutes, check schedule for verification).
Other Things to Note
3 night minimum stay please. Please enter house from the garage - you will be given the code. The house (and garage) are accessed by a keypad that changes combinations between visits. There is no keypad on the front door, so if you decide to park on the street, kindly access the property through the back door.
