One of the most sought out areas on the Suncoast FL. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor condo has everything you need including Free WiFi and even a laptop. Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Walking, Running, Biking or just relaxing on your lanai, It has a split floor plan, and 2 lanai's. The master bedroom suite features a King Bed, full bathroom and great closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen with a bathroom including a tub. You also have a community pool a very short walk away. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are conveniently located near the condo. Come and enjoy all the pleasures Florida has to offer!

Excellent rental


The condo was spotlessly clean and decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had all we needed. The king bed was especially comfortable. The lounge chairs on the lanai got quite a bit of use. Having the heated pool steps away was an extra treat. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We loved being close enough to the gulf beaches and plentiful state and city parks. Two favorite restaurants were Sharky\'s on the Pier and the Gulf View Grill at Englewood Beach. We also highly recommend visiting the Ringling Museum in Sarasota.

Everything was clean and as it was described.


Most of our trips are shorter, but if we are able to stay 7 nights we will definitely rent again. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Living room furniture was very comfortable bc it reclined!
