The Cliff House is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront vacation villa perched on the cliffs of Beacon Hill overlooking the beautiful strip of white sand of Simpson Bay Beach, the hills of Pelican Key, and unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea with St Barth's peeking out in the distance.
In fact, you'll have views from both the front and back of this villa! Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit with a cup of coffee, or enjoy the sunset by the beach that is just a short walk away, however, the breezes coming up from the sea below are so lovely that it will make it hard to want to leave!
This charming (about 1,300 Sq Ft) villa has a comfortable modern living area and an open concept kitchen which is compact but well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare wonderful meals, and a bar with seating. They both offer views and step out to a wooden deck where there is alfresco dining, chaise lounge chairs for sunning, and a private plunge pool.
The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room which allows for a bit of privacy, are equal in size, have king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and ocean views.
You'll be located close to St Maarten's "fun area" where there are a ton of restaurants, shops, casinos, bars and nightlife... and you'll be able to walk 500 yards to Simpson Bay beach where the sand is soft and the water is warm and crystal clear turquoise blue, or 830 yards walk to Maho Beach (passing Burgeoux Bay beach along the way) where the famous Sun Set Beach Bar is located and planes will fly right over your head... Truly the perfect getaway!
St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
