Located in a community called “Gardens of the Pacific”, this community is monitored 24 × 7. The gatehouse is located just in front of the house.
Its capacity is for 6 people and is just minutes from the beach. Just 200 meters away are 2 restaurants in the local hotels. There is a new super mini called Mini Super Bejuco next door. You can walk for miles on the beach when the tides are low and enjoy the best waves in the world for surfing, there are good local fishing and offshore. Enjoy the pool and picnic area near the pool.
I used this house for 12 days last July and 11 dyas last January. It is fully furnished and ready for full use. Just had to bring my clothes and my CDs/DVDs. I dont have a laptop but it has full cable TV and Internet. A/C and washer/dryer too. From the house I walked the beach and surfed everyday. Bejuco has a big/consistent break. The backyard & patio are the best for morning coffee and evening BBQ. I saw macaws: Big red, yellow, blue birds overhead and in the nearby tress for several days in a row. My neice went horseback riding on the beach. I traveled back to SJO on the new toll road in Jan. Its great. I traveled the new coast hwy to Dominical too. excellent. We definitley recommend this private vacation home located in a beautiful scenic neighborhood! The area was a terrific taste of Costa Rica if you are seeking a quite, peaceful, and memorable stay.The home is centraly located between the towns of Jaco and Manuel Antonio for shopping and other activities. It was a short walk to the beach or to the tropicaly lush landscaped pool.Everything was very clean and well maintained with 24 hour security. The property manager was great in assisting us from making our reservations all the way through the entire stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the only complaint I have is that we didnt stay long enough. Its central location made it possible for us to travel up and down the southern Pacific coast and is just a minute or two from both the beach and the highway. A short drive north and you are in Jaco a great town well known for its beaches and surfing and 30 minutes south and you are in Manuel Antonio State park (I hope I spelled that right). The manager Claudette was very accommodating and always willing to work around our schedule and answered every question (we had a lot since we are moving to Costa Rica) accurately and honestly which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting either a nice relaxing stay or wanting to see the south pacific coast of Costa Rica. Thank you Claudette for everything we are looking forward to our long term stay in the area.
