Description

The Chalet Anna was built in 1930 as a solid-wood construction in the Grisons-style and carefully renovated in recent years. It is just 5 minutes from the station and thus the center of Klosters and from the Gotschna cable car, which leads directly to the ski resort Davos-Klosters. Behind the house there is the ski lift Selfranga for families and in summer the golf course and only 5 minutes walking distance is the large tennis center.
 
On two residential floors, the house has sleeps 8. Spread over 3 double bedrooms and two single rooms. A renovated in 2016 bathroom with bath and shower and 2 toilets spread over 2 floors. A heated garage and 2 outdoor parking spaces are included.
 
Before the house is a lawn with grill / barbecue facilities and a covered terrace at the entrance. The green areas behind and next to the house can be used as a playground.
