The house was amazing


The house was amazing. Mandy was a great host and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The house is just like the photos. Absolutely beautiful. The backyard is the best part house. We had very small problems like the washing machine and one of the toilets not working but all in all every thing exceeded our expectations. No need to worry about security because the house is on a golf course in a gated community. My friends and I felt safe the whole time. I would recommend this house for anyone traveling to Punta Cana in a group. This house made our trip 10x better! Thanks again.

Great place , great pool. Ideally located , very quiet. Wifi works very well. Really spacious i advice this house to anyone. The host has been really disponible for the Check-in and Check-out. We\'ve been really delighted by our stay.

A great place to stay


The house was as pictured but the back patio/pool area can not be captured in a picture. It was absolutely gorgeous and that is where we spent most of our time. My husband and I traveled with two other couples and my daughter and her friend and each room having their own bathroom was definitely a plus. There is a grocery store right outside of the villa gates and we became regulars there. On the days that you don\'t feel like cooking there are a few restaurants in the same area as the grocery store. Mandy the manager of the home was extremely helpful and was willing to assist us with whatever we needed. For a small fee she had transportation for us from/to the airport and even coordinate a couple of tours for us. We will have wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Excellent Stay


We stayed at this villa at the end of March. The place was really spacious, private, clean and had a beautiful private pool with a beautiful view. We got what we asked for if not more. Mandy was a great host, she arranged a chief to cook for us. Even though we had to do grocery shopping it was still very good since we had a baby with us and didn\'t want to risk eating outside. This way we knew what was in our food. Even though Rita didn\'t speak English she was very friendly and a great cook and we managed to communicate using technology! Our flight was changed so Mandy helped us change our booking so we could stay in the villa longer and she even reimbursed some of the money as we were not staying until the next day. She responded to our emails and addressed our concerns very quickly. The villa was inside a residential with gates which made it safe. If you are renting this villa I would definitely rent a car as it was not very easy to walk to places. Also the grocery inside the residential is not that great so you may want to drive to a shopping mall close by to get groceries. We were also expecting a higher electricity bill but it was not as expensive as we thought. We didn\'t use the dishwasher and since the weather was good and we were mostly in the pool we didn\'t really use air conditioning that much. We had a great experience overall and if we go back to Dominican we would definitely rent this property again! If you are looking for a quiet and safe getaway I totally recommend this villa.

My friends and I stayed here for our vacation few weeks ago. The house was amazing and close to nightlife. There are taxis available to take you places if needed. Mandy responded promptly to any questions we had. Thanks for making our stay in Punta Cana amazing.

Mandy was a great host very quick on communication and the house was amazing only thing that threw me off was how expensive the electricity bill was for four days but besides that it was a beautiful and great location so listen to Mandy when she tells you to cut the electricity off when you leave out
