The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils, plates, glasses and mugs. The living room/dining room has a ceiling light/fan, flat screen TV, dinning table and chairs, & a window air conditioner. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet & hair dryer.
Towels, linens, etc. are NOT provided.
There is coin operated laundry on the premises.
This is the only unit that does not view the pool/canal.
The front exterior picture shows the entrance to this unit up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and there is a covered balcony/porch.
Additional Rate details
October 30, 2017 for a winter6 month 1 day lease = $2,295/month including utilities & no tax.
October 30, 2017 for a year lease = $1,495/m with first 6 payments $2,295 and next 6 months $805.
November & December 2017 = $1,900/month for 2 month rental
January - April 2018 = $3,100/m 4m, $3,500/m 3m, $4,200/m for 2 months
Taxes are 11% (no tax on 6+ month lease or year lease)
Cleaning fee per stay is $65 ($125 for 6m+ leases)
25% surcharge to the month rate if not a calendar month (except with-in 21days of check-in & 6 mo. or 1 yr leases)
There is no smoking allowed inside any of the condos.
Pet fees per stay (up to 1 mo, 1/2 for additional mo): Small pet: $195 each, Medium & large pets: $295 each (6 mo lease $95/$125)
