Learning new things, meeting diverse folks & sharing space has been an exciting & enjoyable experience. We offer a lovely, sunny & warm comfortable space, lots of natural light options. All one needs for a restful escape. Comfy memory foam queen mattress, fresh linens, couch/single day bed, desk for tasks, a private patio to enjoy the morning sun. We believe in communal living smoke free home, sharing common spaces, recycling, composting & striving to live a conscious peaceful life-style.
 
Guest access
Please make yourself at home! Enjoy the porch & patio areas & back yard, but please remember no smoking on the property. I have a strong WiFi connection for your use, the code is provided once booking is confirmed. You will have access to common areas, kitchen, foyer, living room, outdoor spaces. We have key-less entry for both entry door and bedroom door.
 
Interaction with guests
I can be as interactive or as distant as you like. I'm happy to offer suggestions for places to visit, or things to do. I am also available via text/phone anytime.
 
Other things to note
Built in 1889, a lovely renovated Victorian with lots of character and charm. You'll love the hardwood floors high ceilings. Fully equipped with games, TV monitor, private patio etc. We appreciate that guests contribute by picking up after themselves, as we all achieve keeping our communal space neat & tidy. Thank you.

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

Excellent Stay


The room was exactly as pictured and the bed was really comfortable. Keyless entry made checking-in hassle free since I didn\'t have to coordinate my arrival with Theresa, but she still made sure I got in ok. Parking was off-street and secure, which was great because I was in the process of moving and felt comfortable leaving things in my car.

I give everything a 5 stars . Theresa was very helpful when it came for me to check in and check out . Everything was clean and well organized and even though other guest were there I rarely saw or heard them . The place was quite and also the Neighborhood

This is a well-maintained house that I\'m sure has a lot of history behind it. Our stay was very comfortable (even for a picky sleeper like me). Theresa was very enthusiastic and kind. Recommended.
