Payments are made by wire transfers to our Account at Republic Bank or by physical payments to the office at Kings Court Corner Park and Abercombry street Port of Spain. Half of total cost is required to make the booking and to reserve the property. This payment is non refundable . Also a security deposit of $300 TT is payable when the keys are collected. Rules of the House are required to be signed as well

This was a definite example of \" stay to get away\". The beach house was very spacious and offered all amenities as well as provided a relaxing environment. Would recommend strongly for working people who wants to get away from the city life. The gazebo was very cosy where you could catch the sea breeze. The house was close to the ocean that you could hear the waves and the beach itself was lovely especially at low tide. The exterior of the house was well lit and very secured. Would be back again!
My stay was great, my family and I felt extremely safe and we had a great time. It was a home away from home, very comfortable. My family and I will be returning soon.
I was happy and felt very safe at this house . The caretaker lives directly opposite and they are always moving about and doing things. The neighbours are pleasant and Dar us salaam has a distinct reputation in Mayaro
