Outside there is a table for dining at the pool and also lounge chairs. The pool is finish with important ceramic pool tile and the back yard has a privacy wall. The front entry has an automatic gate and cover parking for your vehicle.

The area has several restaurants, bars and grocery stores that are within walking distance. Ventana beach is also just a short walk or you can drive just 15 minutes to Flamingo beach.
