Our beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Gulf Shores Vacation Rental beach house provides a great getaway.
 
The main floor has a King Master plus a Twin Daybed & Trundle and 2nd Queen Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, Laundry w/ big Frontload Washer & Dryer. Opens to big Lagoon-Front Porch with Outdoor Dining Table, Swing, Chairs.
 
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms (a Queen, a Pair of Queens, a Double), a Full Bath & a Family Room w/ Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is also a Lagoon-Front Deck on this Level.
 
There is a large shaded area under the house with Chairs, a Picnic Table and a Weber Grill. You are welcome to borrow whatever chairs, beach carts (these are not motorized), crab traps, etc you find in our storage room. And we have a Shared Pier with Boat Slips, and a Neighborhood Boat Launch.
 
Southern Breeze is ideal for two families to share or just to give the kids some space of their own with the Upstairs Family Room.
 
We have WIFI, and TVs in the Living Room, both main floor bedrooms, and the Upstairs Family Room.
 
Southern Breeze is located in West Beach at Lagoon Pass on a cul de sac across the street from Gulf Shores sugar-white beach and Directly On Little Lagoon. This house has a Pier Behind the House and a Neighborhood Boat Launch plus Deeded Beach Access and Beautiful Sunset Views--a great combination. Fish or Crab From The Back Yard or a block over along Lagoon Pass where the Gulf enters Little Lagoon, a 9-mile salt water lagoon that is home to good fishing and many herons and pelicans. This section of West Beach is only houses so the beach is not crowded but you are only 3 miles from Hwy 59.
 

Southern Breeze has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps up to 16 guests including children. The most common feedback we get is: 1) It's bigger than it looks (about 2300 sq ft with large rooms), 2) It's even nicer than the pictures, and 3) Everyone loves having BOTH the Beach & the Lagoon.

We have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house! Southern Breeze is great place for a family get-together. We love for families to come enjoy our house.

Great "milestone" trip


Seven women celebrating our 70th milestone birthday (we\'ve done this every 5 years since 50)...great house; we knew we didn\'t want a condo where you have to go up and down an elevator to reach the beach. We took walks even though the weather wasn\'t the greatest ... rained 4 days out of 7. The house was perfect. Only drawback was the smallest bedroom (probably meant for children) was not very nice for our 7th woman...needed new mattress and too small closet. That is probably the one and only criticism. You immediately responded when I couldn\'t find WiFi access code. I assume you changed lockset on bathroom between guests. A couple of us got \"locked\" in that bathroom. Haha. I have recommended it to friends and would stay again. No higher compliment!

Perfect Family Gathering


Our family has stayed here twice in the last couple of years and will continue to go back again, the perfect house for any occasion. We bring our boat and the dock is truly a blessing. Many perfect family dinners on the deck with a great view.

My Favorite Place


We have stayed in gulf shores, and surrounding beaches for years, but this place is now my favorite! Perfect location, great amount of room and just overall beautiful. We will make Southern Breeze our first choice every time! Susan through Gulf Shore Vacation rentals was so helpful and kept us up to date on traffic delays and house info. So happy we\'ve found Southern Breeze!
