The Villa de las Olas is an extra-ordinary Vacation Rental Home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, located in the magical area of Todos Santos bordering on the Pacifc Ocean. Right on the beach, you will enjoy this upscale luxury vacation home with a gorgeous patio, heated swimming pool, plus a fabulous game room with bar and pool table and on-site caretakers to help with your questions, needs and security.
 
The four-tier, bubbling fountain, centered in a lush garden of mature plants, bougainvillea, and papaya, banana and mango trees, is a welcomed greeting.
The outdoor area includes six comfortable loungers, situated around the heated pool, which in turn, graces the side of The Villa facing the ocean. This area offers a separate tiled outdoor shower. A complete outdoor living set, which includes sofa, chairs/ottomans and coffee table, is located on the adjoining terrazzo. Add to this total entertainment area . . . covered bar and large outdoor table w/six swivel chairs, and all you need is the food! To compliment any chef, we've provided a new EGG for BBQ/smoking ease and style!
Plenty of outdoor entertainment areas all paved with terrazzo tile and partially covered. Overlooking the ocean, and located off two of the bedroom suites upstairs, a large balcony sports a new, Mexican Honeymoon hammock.
The Villa is kid-friendly with swimming available to all supervised ages. No pets or smoking.
The Game Room
Anyone who plays pool will definitely approve of our top-of-the-line, modern pool table. A precisely leveled surface invites serious competitions. The game room has a fabulous bar area with full sink, granite counters and refrigerated wine cooler. In numerous games are available, including darts.
The breath-taking view of the sun rising over the majestic Sierra Laguna mountain range greets you with your morning coffee. 
The spectacular sunsets are in evidence daily from any of the terrazos facing the ocean. Enjoy the comfortable furniture with your evening cocktail. Nothing rivals what this part of Mexico offers
​Enjoy  dining on a custom designed table and sit in ostrich leather chairs under a magnificent imported chandelier. Even the hutch is handcrafted by a small company in Southern California.
The entire Villa is appointed with high-quality designer furnishings.

Dream come true!


My family just left this magnificent place yesterday - it was an amazing time. My husband and our 2 sons and their families spent a week here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was perfect! The home was lovely! The setting and the sunsets were spectacular! So quiet and so secluded - a perfect spot to get away! Although the photos are lovely - they just cannot do justice to what it really looks like! Everything you need or want was readily available. The property was well maintained and so lovely! The garden, the pool, the back patio for dining - all were amazing! Todos Santos was a charming area - lots of great places to eat (Tequila Sunrise was especially nice!) The ocean is right out the back door and walks along the shore were lovely! And the sounds of the waves during the night certainly lulled us to sleep. The pool was a must for our 2 young grandchildren. The water temperature was perfect! Avi and Des were so helpful and generous with their time and knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful house!


We just got back home after a WONDERFUL stay in Las Olas. The house is just lovely -- everything is high quality, really beautiful. It was perfect for the 8 of us (my husband and I and our three young kids all stayed in the master -- the kids wanted to be in the same room as us, and there was *plenty* of space; my in-laws stayed in bedroom 2; and my brother-in-law stayed in bedroom 3). All the basic necessities are provided, including tons of towels (regular and beach), laundry supplies, and bedding. The big boys played pool every day and the kids played *in* the pool every day. We spotted tons of whales from both the upstairs balcony and the patio. We grilled fish that the guys caught (they charted a panga [boat] from Punta Lobos), and my husband actually caught another one from the beach right in front of the house one morning. We walked to the sea turtle rescue just up the beach from the house, and watched the baby turtles flip-flopping down to the surf -- the kids LOVED this. I did lots of sitting in the sun and reading, sitting by the pool and reading, sitting at the beach and reading, sitting in the hammock and reading... perfection. The weather was gorgeous, despite a forecast of 4 days of rain. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, and the ocean is breathtaking -- you can hear the waves booming from the house. The beach is practically empty. We did a day trip to Cerritos Beach, a hike from Punta Lobos, and short excursions into Todos Santos. Carolina, the caretaker, was fantastic -- she gave us lots of great information and directions (definitely go to Chileno Bay by San Jose del Cabo!!!!), and she was super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and we all wished we could have stayed twice as long!

Another wonderful vacation at the Villa


We stayed at Villa de las Olas the week of January 9 - 16, 2016. This was our third stay at the Villa, and everything was perfecto! Since our last stay, back in 2011, the highway from Cabo has been completed, and many of the streets and sidewalks in Todos Santos have been completely replaced. Whale watching, turtle eggs hatching, a sea lion, and sting rays all provided great nature watching. Sunsets were amazing. Great wifi allowed us to stay in touch with our businesses. SAT TV for NFL playoffs and our favorite shows. We brought along our Boze bluetooth speaker for Spotify playlists. We\'ll return, hopefully sooner than later. Tim and Lore Lang were most helpful on site. Thank you Jim and Shirl for sharing your beautiful villa once again.

7th year of family vacation at the Villa!


This was our 7th year and best family vacation ever at the Villa, it just gets more enjoyable each year! We have all the generations; grandparents, parents and grandchildren and the Villa has something for everyone. Game room, pool, surfing right down the beach, turtle conservatory 200 yards away (kids can release newborn turtles into the ocean), breaching wales, flying rays, yoga down the road and miles of amazingly quiet and beautiful beach just steps in front of the house. The outside area is set up perfectly for relaxing and dining, all with a panoramic ocean view just 75 feet away. Top quality WiFi (Voice over IP quality is perfect) and great cell reception for the working adults and of course the kids games. Just a few minutes from downtown Todos, but far enough that the breaking waves and nature are all you hear. If you live in a city, you can imagine the amount or stars you will see at night. Shirl and Jim are incredibly helpful and make the rental process as easy as it gets. They also provide a wealth information about Todos and the area. Just ask a question and you get a quick response, taking any stress out of the vacation preparation, especially if you have not been to Todos before. Everything you need is at the Villa, so don\'t worry. Tim is the caretaker and is absolutely awesome. He is well connected with the Todos community and activities, and can help with any questions or needs. He also puts on a darn good solo guitar/singing show at La Casita and will pull into the biggest waves! Our family is spread out from CA to NJ and the Villa is the perfect environment for the quality time we so value. If your a family group or not, the Villa is the perfect place to enjoy your precious time together in a zero stress environment. Some nights we cook at the Villa and some nights we go out to the many incredible restaurants in Todos (La Casita, Santa Fe, Los Adobes and of course Hotel California are regular stops for us). Our biggest problem is running out of nights to go out to all the great restaurants! I could go on forever about how special and amazing Todos is, but if you have been there or talk to anyone who has been there, you already know.

perfect for our family


we have spent many vacations with our kids and their partner(s) at many different places, but we all agreed that your home at it\'s location was the best for us. secluded (no real neighbors--in fact, we saw more whales than people at the beach!), so homey, so spacious, so inviting, with a great outside patio (with a grill that helped prepare a great dinner one night), the soothing sounds of the continuous ocean waves, an envious kitchen, a beautiful beach, and with a nearby town that was comfortable, accessible and homey. additionally, your caretaker who picked us up in town was very helpful in getting us acclimated and making recommendations. we ate at café santa fe and la casita, both delicious, and the latter\'s husband and wife owners were as welcoming and friendly as their food and sangria was tasty. thanks so much for allowing us to share your home over this long weekend (we all felt it was too short, but paid time off is limited for these young workers).
