It's all about the views, the privacy and the many amenities offered by this designer house sitting on 10,000 square feet (1,000 square meters) of lush gardens with an infinity pool its private deck and pool bar.

Guest access

Everything that a Villa by the beach has to offer plus WiFi, satellite TV, washer and dryer, two outdoor patios, a stainless steel BBQ pit, independent air conditioning units in every room. Full kitchen in the main living area plus a full kitchenette in the guest suite.

Interaction with guests

As required by the guest. We also offer airport transport at no extra fee. Give us your itinerary and we'll be waiting for you at your arrival into Ixtapa -Zihuatanejo international airport.

Getting around

We offer the use of the house minivan - a sturdy 2001 Dodge Caravan. Great to go into town, grocery shopping or to visit the many beaches and nearby Ixtapa.

Other things to note

We can communicate with our guests in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.

Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as                    

outlined below.

    If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation    confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Great place for a family


Great place for a family of 6 or you and 5 of your friends. Alicia and Herman were lovely and they picked us up from the airport. The view is amazing. If you like secluded this is definitely the place. It is a brief walk down to La Ropa beach and if you wanted to go into town and not drive you could pick up a taxi from there. I prefer Zihua over Ixtapa any day. In Zihua you are closer to the people. Thanks Hernan for letting us stay in your lovely home. See you later!
