This 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate a large group or family. You will have privacy and comfort in your own ground floor apartment with no stairs and a separate outside entrance. There is a well-appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven with a 5-burner glass cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer, electric grill. plus more. Two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room that can be converted to a King bed upon request (prior to arrival) and a master bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The covered carport can be used for parking or can be set up for outdoor dining. A gas barbecue grill is provided with a separate burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside. There is also a shared large capacity front load HE washer and dryer in the garage. Laundry products are provided.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required on 1-4 night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on bookings of 5 nights or more. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 3% of the amount paid plus tax with a minimum cancellation fee of $50 plus tax. We require 60 days advance notice of the arrival date to receive a refund.
We accept pets at this property, but they must be pre-approved. We will go over the pet rules at the time of booking (clean up after your pet; walked on a leash; must be on a flea preventative program such as Vet Guard; pets are not allowed on the beds). There is a daily pet fee of $10 for each pet and a pet deposit is required.
