  • All bed linens, pillows and towels are provided, with towel exchanging (Cottage Towels cannot be taken outside to the pool, onto the grounds or at the beach.
  • You need to bring your own beach towels to use at the pool or beach
  • You cannot cook Lobster or Mussels inside the cottage, please use the outside cooker available at the office.
  • Bikes cannot be taken inside the cottage but can be safely stored on your own private deck.
  • Complimentary Daily Beach Passes for the Whole Family (save $23 per day)
  • NON-SMOKING Inside - ash try provided for smoking outside on the deck
  • AIR CONDITIONING
  • Wireless internet connection available in the cottage
