Our guests are welcomed by spectacular, unobstructed views of fine vineyards and ancient castles, quite and relaxing ambient.

The two managers are Rossano and Manolo Allochis: Rossano taking care of the dining room and Manolo is the Chef. After few years and experiences in Italy and around the World, they decided to start a new challange: open IL VIGNETO….a restaurant, a country house with 6 rooms on the top of one important hill, under the Barolo area with a spectacul view.
