This small villa is about 300 meters far from a small beach, on a characteristic coast of the Adriatic Sea, where the reef alternates at some nice small sandy beaches, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.
Upon request, if available, the café on the small beach gives the possibility to rent deckchairs and beach-umbrellas.

The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (weekly forfait 25,00 euro). Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of 30,00 euro.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested.
The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100,00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide linen at the cost of 15,00 euro for every person for every change.
Arrivals are every Saturday (from 3.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday ( by 9 a.m.).
