From the living/ dinning areas you have open views of the canal and beyond, the back patio is screened in and is a great place to also enjoy drinks, dinner or a book. This house is a CBS house has hurricane shutters, that can be open or closed to your liking. A new A/C, outside shower for rinsing off after a swim or snorkel in the canal. The seawall has a small reef at its base and lots of fish.. Manatees are common visitors to the canal they like a fresh drink of water. Right outside the inlet is a shallow reef, We are the 1st Canal from the bay, close to Tavernier cut for fast access to the ocean for diving fishing, snorkeling, having fun on the water.. Quiet area great neighbors.
Only people listed on contract will be allowed to stay at e home. No pets that are not pre approved by owner will be allowed on premises. No loud parties, no smoking no aggressive behavior of any kind will be allowed while at this home.

We stay for 2 months and enjoy this home very much. Clean, comfortable and well appointed.
