There is a bath room for the master bed room and one bath room for the other three bed rooms. From the kitchen and living room there is a direct access to the covered terrace where you can enjoy the sea view. This outside living space is a heaven on earth and will give you the feeling of having the perfect Holiday place. Next to the terrace you find a heated swimming pool with a nice terrace around it. It is a very nice location on a plot of 1800 m2 fully fenced. The house is situated on the edge of the charming Provencal hilltop village of Les Adrets de L Esterel perched high in the Esterel mountain range with a fantastic view over the bay of Cannes & the Cote d Azur conveniently accessed from exit 39 of the A8 Auto-route (about 4 km).
General information: This Provencal village offers a good range of individual shops, set around its main streets, baker, mini supermarket, cafe, ironmonger, pharmacy, post office etc. Comprehensive shopping facilities are available in Mandelieu/La Napoule 20 minutes away. Within the immediate area an extensive range of sporting facilities to cover most interests, golf, indoor/outdoor swimming facilities and sport centers.
Cannes the major resort to the western end of the Cote d Azur, is only 30 minutes away, renowned for its tourism, yachting marina, its annual film festival and similar events. The weekly firework displays during the summer can be viewed from the terrace of the Villa. Inland to the north lie Fayence, Tourrettes and Montauroux, interesting examples of rural Provencal towns/villages, perched on verdant hillsides.
