Occupancy rates are based on Single / Double Occupancy. Additional amounts are chraged per extra individual.
The minimum security deposit is $400 and the Maximum is the value of a full month's stay. This is in addition to the rental amount. Security deposits are returnable within 8 days of the guest's returning the keys to the house.
